Ticket Refund Policy
Effective Date: 08/11/2026
This Ticket Refund Policy applies to event tickets, classes, workshops, and other ticketed experiences sold by Doundrins Distilling. It does not apply to purchases of spirits, merchandise, or other non-ticket products.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise provided in this policy or required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final.
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, including changes in personal plans, illness, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances, your ticket is not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Ticket Transfers & Purchase Errors
If you accidentally purchase a ticket for the wrong date, Doundrins may transfer your ticket to another available date for the same event when possible.
If you make an obvious purchasing error, such as purchasing duplicate tickets or accidentally purchasing an incorrect quantity, Doundrins may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for the tickets purchased in error. Any transaction or payment-processing fees that are not recoverable by Doundrins may be deducted from a discretionary refund.
Doundrins is not obligated to provide a refund for purchasing errors, and any exception made to this policy does not create an obligation to make similar exceptions in the future.
Events Canceled by Doundrins
If Doundrins cancels an event for reasons other than inclement weather, including cancellation due to insufficient enrollment or ticket sales, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected tickets to the original payment method.
If an event is canceled because a scheduled performer, entertainer, instructor, or other event provider becomes unavailable and the event cannot reasonably proceed, customers will likewise receive a full refund.
Weather Cancellations
Some Doundrins events are held outdoors and are subject to weather conditions.
If Doundrins determines that an event must be canceled because of inclement weather, 100% of the amount paid for the affected tickets, including applicable ticket transaction or processing fees, will be issued as Doundrins Store Credit. Cash refunds will not be issued for weather cancellations.
Doundrins Store Credit may be used for eligible future purchases through our online store and does not expire unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
Doundrins will determine whether an event will proceed, be postponed, or be canceled due to weather. Weather forecasts, anticipated weather, or a customer's personal decision not to attend because of weather do not qualify for a refund or store credit when the event proceeds as scheduled.
Outdoor events may proceed in rain, heat, cold, wind, or other weather conditions when Doundrins determines that it is reasonably safe and feasible to hold the event.
Rescheduled or Postponed Events
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. No action is required if you wish to attend the new date.
Customers who do not wish to attend the rescheduled date may choose Doundrins Store Credit for 100% of the amount originally paid for the affected tickets.
Customers may also request a refund when entitled to one under Wisconsin law. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights provided by applicable law.
Other Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If an event cannot be held as scheduled because of circumstances beyond Doundrins' reasonable control other than inclement weather, including circumstances such as a significant utility failure, government order, or emergency, Doundrins will provide refunds as required by applicable Wisconsin law.
Changes to Performers, Lineups & Event Details
Performers, entertainers, instructors, matches, lineups, schedules, activities, vendors, programming, and other event details are subject to change.
Changes to event programming or participants do not entitle a ticket holder to a refund or store credit when the event itself still takes place.
Seating
Unless seating is specifically included in the applicable ticket type or event description, purchase of an admission ticket does not guarantee a seat, table, or specific location.
Seating policies vary by event. Any reserved seating, General Admission seating, standing-room admission, or other event-specific seating arrangements will be described on the applicable event page.
Policy Exceptions
Doundrins may make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion when circumstances warrant. Making an exception in one instance does not waive this policy or create an obligation to make an exception in another instance.
Nothing in this Ticket Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Cherry Rum
Doundrins Distilling Cherry Rum is made with our signature white rum and cherry juice from an orchard in the world-famous Door County, WI. Door County is renowned for its cherries and our rum is jam-packed with cherry flavor. It is perfectly balanced with rich cherry flavor and mild sweetness with a great finish from the Doundrins Rum. On cold Wisconsin days having a warm apple cider with some cherry rum will warm you up. Or for those hot summer days try it in “The Cheeky Devil” which combines Doundrins Cherry Rum and Doundrins Cucumber Vodka with lime juice and grapefruit soda that is great for a day on the lake.
